The Northern California Planned Giving Council has just added an additional component to their April 29 conference in San Francisco (we previously told you about scholarship opportunities for the conference): a half-day symposium on planned giving for non-profit Board Directors. It begins with a keynote luncheon at the Palace Hotel, followed by two sessions and a networking reception concluding at 6 pm. The program is intended to inform Board Directors about planned giving, how it can benefit their organizations, and what they can do to ensure its success. For those who aren’t yet familiar with planned giving, we encourage you to take advantage of this great opportunity!
