Chefs Without Borders Holiday Meal

On December 10, the Asian Chefs Association and Chinese American Community Foundation will host the 8th annual Chefs Without Borders Holiday Lunch and Dinner at GLIDE Memorial Church.

We are proud to co-host this year’s Chefs Without Borders Holiday Lunch and Dinner with our friends at the Asian Chefs Association and GLIDE. The annual event brings together award-winning chefs and over 100 volunteers to serve a free lunch and dinner for 2,500 of GLIDE’s community of disadvantaged clients. In its 8th year now, the Chefs Without Borders meal service has become one of the holidays’ most anticipated events for chefs, volunteers, and community members alike. And with Khai Duong (formerly of Ana Mandara) and Lawrence Chu (Chef Chu’s) leading this year’s service once again, we’re sure to serve up another memorable meal to kick off the season of giving!

About the Asian Chefs Association
The Asian Chefs Association aims to create a community for Asian culinary professionals and their supporters to promote, elevate and inspire the art of Asian cooking. By sharing the knowledge and resources of its members, the ACA hopes to foster a dynamic community that nurtures new chefs and spreads public awareness of Asian-inspired cuisine. Its charitable arm, Chefs Without Borders, provides a means for culinary and hospitality professionals to give back to the community through special events and projects.
